This is the one thing I love about japanese dramas. They might not be as amazing on the sound/movie effects, and not be all that fancy with the castles (okay, not always. Sometimes it’s really exaggerated.) and 10-stars restaurants, but they have amazing storyline. This one is definitely my favorite story ever. The moral of the story touches your heart, somewhere in the lines of self-sacrificing for your best friends, and even though you’re not together, you will always care for each other as much as if you were. It’s just so sweet.

The actors. Oh my gosh. First, there’s Horikita Maki. I don’t even have to say anything. It’s not for nothing that she’s one of the top actors in Japan. And here, we can really feel her being distant and out of this world. Also, you don’t really notice it because she makes the transition so perfect, but yeah, since I don’t want to write any spoilers, you’ll know what I mean when you compare her at the end and beginning of the drama. Then, there’s Kamenashi Kazuya. He’s also one of the top actors. I think this drama really fits him, I don’t know why. Just a feeling. Afterwards, Yamato (Yamashita Tomohisa). Is it me, or in every drama, he needs his little something? Haha, he really made me laugh with his -kon and Nobuta Power Enter. He’s soooo cute, despite looking heavily drunk throughout the whole drama. Well, except when he was being very serious or sad.

No seriously. I really recommend this. Although it might not be for everyone, since it’s like a school-life drama, and don’t expect it to be super fancy, like I said, because they’re high schoolers. There’s nothing involving parents. For once.

Oh. I had to put this somewhere:

“AKIRA SHOCK”, Akira sits in the middle of the sidewalk.

You’ll understand when you see it. I was seriously laughing for a good whole minute. xD Heh, Yamato, what would this drama be without you?
